Established in 2020, Claret & Key originated from a small design studio in Cheshire, England. We recognised the increasing interest in traditional wallpapers and wallpaper murals. Beautifully detailed vintage patterns were hard to come by at an affordable cost. Furthermore, the designs that were available were limited in terms of colour and style. We wanted to make Claret & Key unique, not only by offering highly detailed in house designs, but also by offering unparalleled choice when it comes to colour.

Combining traditional design with modern manufacturing techniques, all of our wallpaper is printed in house and on demand by our small team. We do not outsource manufacturing as we like to maintain control of production to ensure the quality remains exceptional and industry leading. Furthermore, our on demand method to manufacturing means we produce very little waste helping the environment.

We have carefully chosen a small variety or materials that not only offer exceptional print quality and durability, but also offer easy installation for a variety of projects from hotels to home offices. All of our materials are FSC approved, PVC Free and VOC Free meaning they are safe to use in any space.
